It is with profound sadness that I share with you all the devastating, untimely, and quite frankly unfair passing of Tom Graham.

Tom went by a lot of names- T-Bone, Big Tom, Uncle Tommy, and most importantly, dad. He had an infectious smile and an uncanny knowledge to identify birds ,plants, fish, mushrooms, basically anything he came across in the outdoors. He made a lasting impression everywhere he went and with everyone he met throughout his time with us here.

Tom was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma in late March of this year. None of us could have imagined that by June he would no longer be with us. He fought like hell. He is survived by his wonderful and caring wife Faith, and 3 daughters- Charlotte (5) Penelope (1) and Gwendolyn (1).

As you can imagine, on top of the grief and processing of dealing with the loss of her husband and the father of her children, Faith will also be dealing with the aftermath of treatment bills, hospitalizations, and multiple commutes to Syracuse during his illness. Tom and Faith would never ask for anything, but if we could think of one thing Tom would wish for in the wake of this tragedy it would be to make sure that all his girls are taken care of.

This GoFund Me is being set up to help Faith cover medical and funeral costs, and whatever else her and the girls will need during this difficult time.
