The Electrical Workers Minority Caucus (EWMC) local chapter is a dedicated support and networking system for IBEW members, committed to promoting equal opportunity, organizing minority workers, and fostering leadership development. Our mission is to advocate for underrepresented workers, address discrimination, promote community activism, and strengthen the labor movement in our area.
Community support is essential for us to continue and expand our outreach. With your help, EWMC can organize neighborhood clean-ups, food drives, and community gatherings that bring people together and improve our environment. Many families in our area struggle with groceries and basic needs, so your donations allow us to partner with local food pantries and distribute food and supplies to those who need it most. We also focus on youth development, offering mentorship and leadership programs that help young people stay on the right path and build a brighter future.
Your support will help us maintain parks, organize beautification projects, and improve shared spaces for everyone in the neighborhood. When families face unexpected hardships, EWMC is there to provide emergency assistance. We also host educational workshops and community meetings to empower residents with knowledge, skills, and opportunities. With additional funding, we can reach more families, host more events, and make an even bigger positive impact across our community. We appreciate your support in helping us strengthen our community and empower those who need it most.
