Support Eva's Recovery from Devastating Fire

On the evening of June 20th, 2025, tragedy struck in San Antonio when a devastating apartment fire consumed the home of one of our beloved Goodwill team members, Eva Gonzales. In a matter of minutes, the flames destroyed everything — from cherished memories and personal belongings to furniture, clothing, and essential household items. While Eva thankfully escaped without physical harm, she now faces the overwhelming task of rebuilding her life from the ground up.

Eva has been a dedicated and uplifting presence at Goodwill for over eight years. Known for her warm smile, tireless work ethic, and unwavering kindness, she has touched the lives of countless coworkers and community members.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.
