It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Darryl Alexander after a courageous battle with cancer. His loss has left an unimaginable void in all the lives of those who loved him, especially his beloved wife Erin and his two children Ryan and Hailey.
Darryl was a devoted husband and father whose greatest joy was his family. He was a constant presence on the sidelines, in the bleachers, and in the audience—always cheering on his children in everything they loved to do.
Darryl faced his illness privately and with immense strength, never wanting to burden others. But now, in this time of unimaginable loss, his family is faced with overwhelming expenses and the challenge of providing for the future and everyday needs for his family.
This is a family who has always given back, cared for others, and preferred to handle life on their own. But today, they need their village. We are reaching out to the community that has surrounded them with love and support over the years, asking for help to ease the financial burden they now face.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference and serve as a reminder of the strength of the South Boston and Brockton communities that Darryl and his family have always cherished.
Let’s come together to show Erin, Ryan and Hailey that they are not alone, and that love and community can carry them through during this most difficult time.
