Hello to all. My name is Juan and I'm now a 5th-time father. I introduce here my beautiful daughter Emelina. She was diagnosed prior to birth with Tetralogy of Fallot defect. This causes oxygen-poor blood to flow out of the heart and into the rest of the body, in this case, her lungs.

We just received her prematurely at 33 weeks and 3 days. She was born a strong baby. Doctors have identified that she was born with Imperforate Anus, which means the anus is completely absent. We are pending more results, but we will need to have her transferred to UCSF where more procedures will need to be done. I pray all turns out well.

As embarrassing as this may be for me, I am creating this account in hopes that I am able to get some funds to cover for the time I'll be taking off from work to stay with my baby at the NICU and care for my 4 kids at home. I understand we all have hardships and would appreciate anything. Prayers are welcome.
