Support Eloise and her family battling cancer

On Friday 11th August 2023 the Hill family were unfortunately told the devastating news their little 5 year old baby girl and sister Eloise has Cancer, which has turned their lives upside down.

This news was unexpected with no clinical signs other than a few mild temperatures which parents Amy and Matt were persistent with resulting in their presentation to the Albury ED following some blood tests. These results required Eloise to be flown immediately to the Royal Children’s Hospital for treatment down in Melbourne.

This has been extremely difficult to process, manage and organise with consideration of their location and lifestyle with other children including a newborn.

There are major considerations and strains that occur with such devastating news and change needed in their lives.

Eloise is a beautiful, selfless, sweet and kind little girl with such a pure soul and a heart of gold. She has been so courageous and strong so far with so much bravery through many procedures throughout her journey. She has her amazing Dad Matthew by her side and her Mum Amy and siblings Annora (7) and newborn Elijah travelling each week to and from Melbourne to maintain normality whilst being incredibly supportive and strong during this time.

Unfortunately cancer is not an immediately treatable illness and Eloise will experience the most extensive treatment over the next 6 months with 2-3 years of overall medical treatment and a lifetime of ongoing monitoring to ensure her health and safety.

The Hill family are so selfless, strong and independent, however in such circumstances our family believe the support of the community can make such an astounding impact.

In response to such devastating news and change our family are creating this GoFundMe and are hoping to raise some funds for Amy and Matt to alleviate the financial burdens associated with this change for Eloise’s essential medical care down in Melbourne. Providing this avenue will allow friends and our community who wish to show their support means to do so.
