My name is Eloisa, and I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. Recently, I was hospitalized after doctors discovered blood clots in both of my lungs. This has made my pregnancy high-risk, and I now have to travel back and forth to see specialist OB-GYNs to make sure both my baby and I stay healthy.

On top of this, I recently opened Louisa's Pancake & Waffle Shoppe in Eagle Lake, TX. Running a new restaurant is already a challenge, but with my health issues and the need for frequent medical appointments, it has become even more difficult to keep the business going. The cost of my blood thinner medication alone is overwhelming, and I am struggling to cover both medical and business expenses.

With the holidays here, it’s especially tough. I want to be able to provide a good Christmas for my kids, but right now, every dollar is going toward keeping us healthy and the restaurant open.
