My name is Elan Gefter and from my Bar Mitzvah project I am raising money for the Survivor Mitzvah Project. This charity brings emergency aid to holocaust survivors in Eastern Europe. I picked this charity because there are some remaining survivors that are in need of food, medicine and shelter and I believe it is our duty as human beings to help.
