How much can happen to one person in a month? We need your help raising funds for our Sous Chef, Eden Pinsker!

In the last 30 days, Eden lost all of her possessions in an apartment fire. Luckily, her dog, Sky, survived after 45 minutes inside the smoke-filled apartment. And then yesterday, Eden was the victim of a financial scam claiming she owed a fine for missing jury duty the day prior. She lost most of the money she needed to rent a new apartment.

Eden has been with 1836 for less than a month, but in that short time, she has demonstrated incredible work ethic and culinary talent. She has quickly become a great leader in the kitchen. The last thing she needs is to worry about where she's going to live.
