Hello Everyone, I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother Eddie and his wife Maria Gonzalez.

My brother was recently diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma (Kidney Cancer) and it has spread to his lungs and his bones. One of his kidneys has been removed, and part of a mass was also removed from his lungs. Currently, his left lung has collapsed and he is required to use oxygen. On Wednesday, September 18th, my brother was intubated and flown to UCSF Medical Center to save his life. Through it all, my sister-in-law Maria has been working, taking care of her family as well as taking care of my brother. She misses work to take him to all his appointments. My brother is currently home but will continue to need care at Keck Hospital of USC in Los Angeles. His radiation treatment is not covered by any insurance.
