For my Eagle Scout project, I am leading two service initiatives that will directly support the Sri Krishna Vrundavana Temple in San Jose by improving organization, functionality, and the overall temple environment.

Project #1: Custom Storage Rack for Pooja Items and Sacred Ornaments

I am designing and building a new wooden storage rack to safely hold 18 individual storage totes used for pooja materials and deity ornaments. The current system is aging and requires items to be stacked on top of each other, which makes access difficult and unsafe for the priests when retrieving items from lower bins. The new rack will create dedicated slide-in compartments for each tote, making items easier to find, safer to handle, and better organized. This long-term storage solution will improve daily operations and help the temple maintain its sacred materials with greater care and efficiency.

Project #2: Garden Bed for Temple Use

As a secondary project, I will be creating a small garden area on the temple grounds. This space will add natural beauty to the environment and provide fresh ingredients that may be used by the temple.

To complete these projects, I am raising funds to cover the cost of lumber, hardware, soil, plants, and construction materials. Any contribution, large or small, will directly support the temple and help bring these improvements to life. Thank you for your generosity and support.
