Support DYW Illinois and Defne’s Journey to Finals!

Hi! My name is Defne Ertoklar and I’m honored to have been selected to represent Aurora in the Distinguished Young Women of Illinois State Finals! This program celebrates academic achievement, leadership, and talent which are values I am proud to uphold in my daily life.

This incredible organization has been empowering young women since 1958 by helping them realize their potential through scholarships and life skills workshops. To participate fully in the state program, I need to raise $200 for DYW Illinois to help cover registration, travel, and participation costs. Any amount you can contribute will bring me one step closer to this exciting opportunity where I’ll grow, learn, and connect with other inspiring young women from across Illinois.
