Support Dustin Savoy's Fight Against Cancer

Hello, I’m Theresa Vasseur. I’m the mom of Dustin Savoy. Dustin was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma Cancer, Stage 3. He’s been sick for over 2 years, and they finally figured out why. He started chemo on April 15th. It was a very bad start because he almost died on the first medication, but they got him back. He’s a fighter, but being weak and sick for so long, he’s almost out of fighting. We talked to him and told him today, God took over.

Dustin hasn’t been able to work for a few years now, and they need help. He and Brittany have 4 kids: Maddox-17, Karsen-11, Liam-7, and Harper-5. Harper has been taking this news pretty bad. They had to take her out of PreK and will bring her to counseling. She doesn’t want her daddy to die, were her words. She’s stuck to him like glue. Maddox, Dustin’s oldest, lives in Gonzales with his mom and graduates next year.
