Support Dustin “Little D” Apgar Jr
On Saturday March 27th, Dustin “Ghilliman” Apgar was in a fatal accident while paragliding. While new to the sport, he loved it and found much peace while gliding over the Arizona skies. Dustin was also gearing up for the 2021 MotoAmerica racing season where he was to be the crew chief for rider Dominic Doyle of Bartcon Racing. As much as Dustin loved racing and pushing himself to the absolute limit, he also loved teaching others and helping them achieve their potential.
Dustin leaves behind so many friends and family members. His infectious love for life drew many people to him. But most importantly, he leaves behind his beloved son, Dustin Jr.
As many of you know, Little D has Autism. His mom, Kim has done an amazing job ensuring he has the best teachers and support systems set up so not only are his needs met, but he’s thriving. Unfortunately, these supports are not without cost and will be needed long term. Many of the systems in place will end when Dustin reaches adulthood, but the needs will still be there. This fund is being set up as a trust to ensure the long term support for Kim and Dustin. Having to navigate this unimaginable loss is complicated and difficult. Please help us ease Kim’s worry that their son will always be protected and supported.
With our deepest gratitude
