Hello, my name is Dustin Fahey, and I’m an Eagle Scout candidate from Troop 4, Shrewsbury MA. As someone who grew up playing lacrosse for the Shrewsbury Youth Lacrosse Organization(SYL), it seemed like a great idea to give back to the organization and build two scoreboards for the youth fields at SAC Park (Lake Street Fields). Because Lacrosse and Scouts are my favorite two extracurriculars, this project allows me to give back to one community, and advance through the other. For my project, I plan on fundraising $800 for all the materials, and hope to get everything completed by Spring, before the first youth lacrosse home game. Any excess money raised will go directly to the Shrewsbury Youth Lacrosse Organization, and any amount donated will be greatly appreciated!
