Due to the tragic events of Hurricane Melissa in St Elizabeth, Jamaica my family and I are making this attempt to raise anything we can to help my parents Dothlin and Leason. This home is where our family has lived for the last 54 years and has now become completely unlivable due to the effects of this hurricane leaving my parents homeless. Electricity, running water, stable phone connection have been lost as well and inside the house is flooded completely. They are elderly and unable to work which makes it impossible for them to get back these resources without help especially because the district has little hope to restore power and water anytime soon. With the donations provided we will be able to get them essentials like a generator, flashlights, food, clothing and repairs for their destroyed home. Every single donation counts and will be greatly appreciated so we can try to rebuild and restore what was lost in this tragedy. Thank you.
