Donna Bricker is the heart and MVP of our team, a dear friend, and someone who has always shown up for others. Today, she is facing the fight of her life.

Donna has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is currently undergoing preliminary chemotherapy close to home. In the coming months, her treatment will require a highly specialized and very serious surgery in New York City. This surgery comes with the need to remain in NYC for at least a month afterward for intensive physician monitoring and follow-up care.

During this time, Donna will be relying on reduced disability income, and her newly married husband, Paul, will need to take an extended leave from work — unpaid — in order to be by her side. Between travel, housing, medical expenses, and daily living costs, the financial burden is overwhelming and far beyond what they can manage alone.

Many of us are helping in every way we can, but we are also asking our extended community to stand with Donna and Paul during this incredibly challenging chapter. Any contribution — no matter the size — will help ease the logistical and financial stress so they can focus on what matters most: healing, strength, and time together.
