Hi, my name is Kacey Hatch, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my father, Donald Hatch – a man whose strength, generosity, and selflessness have quietly impacted countless lives. My dad is a proud Vietnam veteran, a loving husband of 56 years, a dedicated father, and the unwavering caregiver to my mother. Throughout his life, he has given everything to support his family, serve his country, and lift up those around him. Whether volunteering with local charities, offering a helping hand to friends, or simply showing up without hesitation when someone is in need – Donald has always put others before himself.

Recently, our family has been faced with a series of unexpected challenges. Between rising medical expenses, essential home repairs, and the everyday costs of living, the weight of these financial burdens has grown heavy. Yet, like always, my dad continues to push forward, never asking for help, never complaining – just doing what needs to be done.

We are currently organizing a surprise benefit event in his honor at the Dalton VFW on September 20th -, but we understand that many family and friends who want to support may not be able to attend in person. That’s why we’ve created this GoFundMe — as another way to help ease the pressure and provide my dad with the peace of mind he so deeply deserves.
