Help Support Donald Keith Grimes Through Spinal Fusion Surgery

My dad, Donald Keith Grimes, is scheduled to undergo spinal fusion surgery on Monday, August 4th, at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital. This will be another major step in a long, painful journey he's been enduring since 2013.

For over a decade, my dad has battled severe back, neck, and nerve issues that have deeply affected his quality of life and kept him out of work. He's already undergone multiple surgeries and had a spinal cord stimulator implanted to help manage the constant pain. Sadly, a few months ago, the stimulator stopped working—and with the pain returning full force, another major surgery is now his only option.

To move forward with this necessary procedure, my dad had to take out a $20,000 loan to cover costs that insurance wouldn't. He was also denied financial assistance by the hospital, leaving our family with limited options.
