Support Don Oakes in His Time of Need

My name is Albert Howes, Jr, aka Al.

My friend, Donald (Don) Oakes recently suffered a great loss- his son Jameson.

Don & Jameson decided to create a business together and Don thought of putting everything in Jameson' name knowing that upon Don's passing, there would be no probate. NO ONE expects to lose their child before them.

Don placed Jameson's name on their home, vehicle, business, financial accounts, & Go Daddy account(accept payments for goods- carvings). The untimely death of Jameson has cut off Don's access to business funds, vehicle, vehicle registration/insurance, property taxes, etc. It can take up to two years for Probate- the basic role of the probate court judge is to assure that the deceased person’s creditors are paid, and that any remaining assets are distributed to the proper beneficiaries- Don Oakes.

Don is a proud man and would not reach out to ask for help. So, Tim Greenwood and I thought we have to help our good friend out and set up this funding page.

Don has giving me permission to set this account up and also to accept the funds raised in my account and in turn give him the cash.

Don is hamstrung and needs $$ to acquire a vehicle, pay bills and be able to buy groceries
