This morning, I received terrible news that my brother Dominic Castro was in the hospital with a serious life-threatening heart condition and that he is going to require a life-saving heart surgery. Dominic has experienced what is known in the medical field as an AAA aneurysm of 6.5 cm, and his left ventricle will also need to be repaired or replaced.

Anyone who knows Dominic knows just how caring, courageous, and compassionate of a man he is. The mere thought of losing my brother is completely devastating to me.

There is a lot of uncertainty at this time. However, one thing is certain: I don’t want my brother to worry about his finances during this difficult time. Any donation is much appreciated, and all donations will help Dominic cover his medical expenses and his loss of wages.
