Support DJ’s Fight for a New Heart ❤️‍

Hi, I’m helping raise funds for my friend Daphne and her 12-year-old son, DJ. DJ is a kind, energetic boy who loves playing football. One day, he began experiencing shortness of breath and stomach pain. What seemed like a minor issue turned into a life-changing moment — doctors discovered DJ's heart was failing, and he had to undergo emergency heart surgery.

Now, DJ is facing an even bigger battle: he needs a heart transplant.

Daphne and I are both team moms for DJ’s youth football team, and I’ve had the honor of watching him grow into a smart, strong, and respectful young man. Daphne is an amazing mother who has not left DJ’s side since he was hospitalized. Because she’s at the hospital every day, she’s unable to continue to work right now. She also has other children at home — her youngest is just 4 years old.

This fundraiser will help cover:
