Hello, my name is Miguel Aguilar( Mr. Aguilar to my students) and I am an 8th grade English Teacher at Los Angeles Academy Middle School. This semester, my students have focused on trying to change the world by focusing on an important issue they believe deserves an immediate solution. My name is Diego A. and we are raising funds to support men's mental health initiatives that aim to provide education, resources, and safe spaces for men to discuss their mental well-being. Many men struggle in silence due to societal expectations and stigma surrounding mental health issues. Another reason is men suffer the weight of expectations of society, being a provider or just working in a inclosed area where anything can happen. This is making men fear, especially that now there are fewer safe areas. So help me by donating and saving men’s lives with the Mental Health America of Los Angeles!
