Support Diedra while she recovers

Hi,

My name is Ameliana and I've made this GoFundMe in hopes that it will help my aunt/fairy-god-mother, Diedra while she is recovering from a medical emergency. Diedra is one of the strongest and coolest people I know and I feel so lucky to have her in my life. She loves to cook for others, both professionally and personally. She's a hard worker, but she knows how to have fun too, taking trips and going on adventures every now and then. She is so kind and is someone you can always count on to be there for you when you need her. She has such a big heart and she's supported me in so many ways that it's hard to try and summarize it here. However, I know if you asked anyone that knows her, they'd say something similar. We love our Diedra.

As I write this, she is currently in the ICU where she is being treated for a meningitis infection in her brain. Due to effects of the infection throughout her body, the road to recovery is going to be a bit long and she will not be able to return to work anytime soon. This has caused financial stress and our family wanted to make this fundraiser so that when she finally is able to come home she won't have to worry about being behind on her bills or expenses.
