Many of us know Didi and Devin Moore as esteemed and thoughtful colleagues across our organization. Outside of their dedicated professional lives, they are also devoted parents to a beautiful family of six children.

It is with the heaviest heart that we share the passing of their miracle baby, Daniel Jarron Moore, following a 8-month stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Daniel was born 14 weeks prematurely, yet showed many promising moments on his way to a full and healthy development, so much so that Didi and Devin completed his nursery and prepared for his long-awaited arrival at home in the coming weeks. He was so strong and fought so hard to be here. He endured several successful surgeries, including a tracheostomy and gastrostomy, in which he made a full recovery. Despite starting the morning in stable condition, Daniel unexpectedly took his last breath on July 8, 2024.

While there is no easing the immense grief and pain that accompanies the loss of a child, these are the moments communities are built for, and when they matter most. And on behalf of our Robert Half community, we are asking for your help in supporting the Moores through their unimaginable loss. Together, we hope we can ease the financial burden that has accompanied this unexpected tragedy.
