My name is Diane, and my husband Gary and I have been together for 23 years. We’ve always faced life’s challenges side by side, supporting each other through thick and thin. Right now, we’re going through the hardest time of our lives. Gary was recently in a motorcycle accident caused by a hit-and-run driver. He’s unable to work while he recovers, and the stress of his injuries has been overwhelming for both of us.

At the same time, I’ve been in the hospital for over a week, fighting cancer and dealing with severe blood loss. My doctors have told me I need surgery soon, and it comes with serious risks. With both of us unable to work, we’re struggling to keep up with our housing costs and everyday living expenses. We’re facing the real possibility of losing our home by the end of June if we can’t get help.

We’ve always managed to get through tough times together, but right now, we need support from our community.
