Dear Family, Friends, and All Who May Not Know Sister Dhan Maya Rai,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of my sister, Dhan Maya Rai, who passed away yesterday at 3.34 pm. She was a remarkable woman, aged 47, who lived in Louisville, Kentucky. Dhan was a proud mother to her two beautiful children, Sujana (15) and Srijan (), who were her entire world and the light of her life.

Dhan was a reserved and private person, always valuing her independence and managing everything on her own. However, her journey over the past year has been one of immense struggle and courage. She battled Burkitt lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer, which transformed her life and the lives of her children forever.

In her memory, we would like to honor Dhan's wishes. If you can offer any support—whether through a donation, sharing her story, or sending prayers—every gesture is deeply appreciated. We are thankful for all those who have already contributed and shown their love and support during this difficult time.
