Support Desiree's Family Through Crisis

I met Desiree in high school. We've been friends since, well, I don't want to admit it because it'll tell my age. But let's just say, it's been a long time! While we both have families and busy lives, we've never drifted apart. While I've had some good and bad in my own life, I can't compare it with what she's been through.

Now her family is being evicted and right before the holidays! And it's being done by family, no less. To top it all off, they both just recently lost their jobs and are scrambling to find replacements to keep afloat. Fingers crossed, she may have already found a job.

That said, they are behind in car payments. Plus, they need to find a place to stay. Currently, we are looking into affordable housing help with the city, but in the meantime, they need a little boost to get them through the next month or so. Hopefully, by then the job situation will be set, the benefits kicked in, and the family back on track with paying their used car payments, bills and a place to live.

A lot of us are struggling, so if it's too much to give at this time, don't stress it! Prayers are appreciated. I'm thankful to all of you for stopping by to read this and wish you a wonderful rest of the year.
