Support Dental Care for Phillis Engelbert's Employees

My name is Phillis Engelbert and I'm the owner of an Ann Arbor-based food business* that employs many people in recovery from substance use disorder. I am asking for your help in funding their dental work.

Years of addiction can lead to tooth decay, gum disease and jaw bone loss. My employees commit themselves to their sobriety. They stay employed, keep their housing, repair relationships with friends and family, go back to school, get their kids back, get their drivers licenses back, get involved in the community, and clean up the mess of their pasts. Some even go on to get advanced degrees.

A mouth full of pearly whites really boosts their journeys. Missing teeth or having dentures is uncomfortable both mentally and physically. My business provides health and dental insurance to our full-time employees. However, extensive dental work costs far more than what insurance covers. We have already spent thousands extra to help with these bills and are now seeking your help.
