Dean Shavalier (my husband David's newly found 1st Cousin (DNA match).

Dean is a World Champion Weightlifter!

Dean has been invited to compete at a world-renowned championship in Ireland! He will be Competing in Ireland on August 16 at the Static Monster World Championship We are SOOOOO Proud of him and Excited for him!

This is more than just a trip — it’s a chance for Dean to represent Canada and pursue a dream he’s been working toward since he first started weight training at the age of 16.

As you can imagine, travel and competition costs add up quickly, so we’re hoping to lighten the load by gathering a community of support behind him.
