Love in Action: Helping Deanna Heal and Rebuild

In the past few weeks, many people have asked how they can support Deanna during this incredibly painful and uncertain time. This is one tangible, meaningful way we can come together to show our love and help lighten the load.

Before life was turned upside down, there were plans to replace the aging deck on Deanna’s home. Right now, there’s nothing in its place—just an open drop-off where the deck used to be, and a back door that opens into thin air. With the sudden loss of the household’s primary income, no health insurance, ongoing home expenses, and a child still in technical college, completing this project is simply not possible for her on her own.

Our goal is to raise a minimum of $25,000 to rebuild the deck and offer some much-needed peace and stability. If labor is donated, these funds can help with materials and other urgent needs. Every contribution—no matter the size—will make a difference and help remove a daily, visible reminder of everything her family is working through.
