Support David's Recovery from Stroke & Amputation

My husband David is a diabetic and has been suffering with heart and kidney failure. A couple of weeks ago, he woke up with an infected diabetic ulcer that had spread deep into the bones in his foot and had to have the big toe and the joint amputated.

Now he’s had another stroke and not doing well. He has no peripheral vision and keeps blacking out. He has been released home but is quickly losing his vision due to the stroke. He is also having a hard time using his has and we have been told this is residual from stroke as well.

We would normally not ask for any help, but we are struggling with medical bills from this extended hospital stay. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help with medical expenses such as physical therapy, medical supplies, and other recovery expenses as he has a 20% deductible with Medicare since he did not qualify for Nevada Medicaid to pick up that 20%.

We truly appreciate any help that you can provide as well as continued prayers as he heals and recovers. Thank you.
