Dave and Carol are having a tough time right now. As some of you know, Carol suffered two massive strokes one year ago in October, and Unfortunately, Dave suffered a motorcycle accident on September 20, totaling his motorcycle and resulting in multiple serious injuries, including a collapsed lung, shattered clavicle, and multiple broken ribs. He ha internal bleeding due to a spleen injury as well. He was taken to Cooper Trauma and remained in TICU for eight days, and now is in a step down unit.

This accident is sure to keep him out of work for the foreseeable future due to intense rehab and healing.

As for Carol on September 26, she was readmitted to Virtua Voorhees for Congestive Heart Failure, shortness of breath, and fluid around her heart. This resulted in a Cardiac Cath being scheduled on September 29.

As you can imagine rehab will not be fun as they most likely will be doing it apart.

This all comes at a time when they also were told they needed repairs to the house. Any help for them is greatly appreciated.
