I want to help my husband get back on his feet and send him on a vacation he deserves. My husband Daryl has had it rough the last few years. Daryl has been nothing short of the man/father he needs and has needed to be for our family, even through the losses he has taken.

In 2020, we lost both of our dads to COVID and fought through it. In March of 2023, he lost his job, and immediately after, in April, he tragically endured the loss of his youngest sister to a car accident. He then got sick himself and was unable to go back to work, dealing with several health issues on top of already being a diabetic. He's been out of work since, but through it all, he used his savings and credit cards to provide for his family, thinking he'd be going back to work shortly, which didn't happen due to his illnesses. This has backed up some serious debt, and his credit score has dropped almost 400 points. All of this has put such a strain on him that he's lost his way. He's gained a lot of weight, lost a lot of physical strength, and thinks he's failed us because he's unable to handle basic necessities for his children/grandchildren. He even checked himself into a behavioral management facility to try to help himself deal with it all which just added to his debt

I've done all I can working to keep us afloat, but I want to give Daryl a needed win by helping him clear some of his debt and sending him on a much-needed vacation/retreat in order to get this loving man back to being himself.
