Support Darlene and Donnie's Stroke Recovery

Hello, my name is Stephanie Thompson and I'm the daughter of Darlene and Donnie Henkel. My brother Tracy Painter and I are reaching out and asking for help for them both.

My goal is that whatever you can send them to help them out with the bill for all this, food for mom, and lodging because she will be at the hospital for a while with him.

My dad Donnie had a bad stroke on Tuesday, July 8, and he had to be flown to a hospital and had to have emergency surgery to drain blood from the brain. He has a feeding tube and breathing tube in. He will have a long road ahead of him with his recovery. He will have to have speech therapy, physical therapy, breathing therapy and will be staying at a rehab center when he does get out of the hospital. I know this is going to be very stressful for both of them as they are both retired. I just don't want them to be stressed out with all this, so anything you can give will help them out.
