Hi everyone, my name is Pat Grech. Some of you may have already heard that my nephew Darcy Smits has recently been diagnosed with brain cancer. Instead of enjoying life the way most 18-year-olds should driving around with mates, working, and planning his future Darcy is currently undergoing treatment and focusing on beating this disease.

Darcy is a gentle, kind-hearted young bloke who truly wears his heart on his sleeve. Unfortunately, he’s been dealt a pretty shit hand at such a young age, but he’s facing it with courage and determination.

This support isn’t for his parents or medical bills those things are already being taken care of. This is about Darcy. It’s about helping him have something for his future and giving him a bit of support while he focuses on kicking cancer’s butt.

Let’s all get behind this young legend and show him the support he deserves while he takes on this fight.
