Hi, we are the Urquiza Family, and we are reaching out to the public for some assistance. As some of you know and are finding out, my father, Daniel (or as some of you know him, Danny), was detained this past week. This is a very hard situation for our family to grasp. After years of checking in over the phone, he was requested with a plan in mind to detain him. If you knew my Dad, you know the kind soul he is. He would help anyone; he was always kind to everyone. He’s been out here for over 40 plus years and has a huge family, including 6 kids. He also has health conditions that cannot be ignored, meaning he needs more attention than the facility that’s housing him can provide, and the medications and doctor access which he wouldn’t have. With that being said, we want to be able to keep my father with us at home, in the community where he belongs and is known.

After consulting with a few attorneys, we have found out there may be a way to put a stop to this with the help of a lawyer. This ends up being a little bit pricier than we had anticipated. We need your love and support as a community; please help us!!
