I am Danielle K. Grant. This is the home I left in 2000 when I immigrated to the United States. Yes I came from humble beginnings.

Hurricane Melissa has now left my family that remain facing devastation we could never have prepared for. The roof and major parts of the house were severely damaged, leaving them with unsafe living conditions and an urgent need for repairs. The picture doesn’t begin to capture the extent of the destruction or the emotional toll this storm has taken on us.

My family is in the process of packing barrels to send with food and other relief supplies not only my family but other members of the community that was also was affected . Your contribution will go towards that as well.
