Hi, I’m raising money for my best friend in the entire world, Daniel Wayne Albrecht, a local native to this area. A lot of people don’t know, but Monday night, Danny borrowed my car for the night, and the last thing we heard was around 12:30, telling me his phone was almost dead and he’d call me when he made it home. Unfortunately, he never made it home. Around seven a.m., he wrecked on Handcove Rd heading home to his long-term girlfriend, Amanda. She called me around 6:45 a.m. and let me know that the school bus driver had found Danny in my car wrecked at 6:30 a.m. Now Danny is in Springfield fighting for his life back, which is never gonna be the same. He broke ribs, hip, and shattered his knee among other injuries, and sweet Amanda hasn’t left his side since she got to the hospital. He has a very long road ahead of him, and his family is going to need help. I know that he would be doing this if it was me in the hospital and more. Let’s help him and Amanda.
