Support D3 Arts: Help Us Keep the Music Going
Tax deductible
Hi friends, family, and community near and far-
After 400+ shows and events with our current sound system, we unfortunately find ourselves in a space where we are struggling to provide the neccessary equipment to keep our programming going.
D3 Arts is committed to providing our space at zero upfront cost to ensure we're able to serve as many musicians, artists, performance artists, weridos, skaters, rockers, individuals in/or seeking recovery, and at risk youth in Westwood as possible. That means we're donation based year-round.
Anyone that's run a DIY or a nonprofit knows how difficult this can be. We play a high risk, low payoff game when it comes to our finances in order to be able to keep this space open to our Denver community. With our current administration gutting public arts and cultural funding nationwide, we're put under even more financial strain.
We are asking for help to purchase two new speakers, repair the two we have that just blew, and to upgrade our soundboard that has nearly 5 broken inputs.
We love our space, and we love the community we've been able to build in just 4 short years of opening our 3632 spot. We want to make sure artists who come to our space to perform are able to do so without providing their own PA/speakers/mics/cables. We also want to make sure our equipment functions the way it's intended so we are honoring and respecting people's art and dreams. It's the bare minimum that we hope to offer as a DIY community space and we'd be grateful if you were able to donate to help us futher our mission.
Many thanks,
Santiago and Lala Jaramillo of D3 Arts
