Support CVU's Amnesty International Chapter

Hi!

We are CVU's chapter of Amnesty International. Amnesty is an international human rights organization made up of action groups around the world.

We are currently working on our National Week of Student Action campaign. During NWSA student groups from around the U.S. come together to work on one issue. This years theme was stopping the human rights abuses that are occurring as a part of President Trump's mass deportations. As part of our action, we have been collecting postcards to mail to the White House. Through schoolwide actions, collaborations with local libraries, and focused letter-writing time as a club, we have collected HUNDREDS of postcards! This is an amazing achievement, but mailing these postcards will also be very expensive! We are looking to raise money to mail these postcards and would appreciate anything that you are willing to give :)
