These words were recently said in a meeting with lawyers by a man fighting for joint custody of his three small children. This, as the legal 'powers that be' were endeavoring to restrict his access to his kids. It was not a scripted TV series, but the real life drama of my dear friend Cruz Cordero: a great man and loving father.

Cruz is right now struggling to hold on to what's left of his family after enduring the tragedy of an unwanted divorce. But without immediate financial help, he will not be able to retain the legal representation needed to fight for his full rights as a dad.

This battle could cost much more, but to secure lawyers for the next stretch of this heart-breaking ordeal, we are looking to raise $8000 ASAP. The goal is that Cruz is granted at least 50/50 joint physical custody with his children.
