Hello friends and strangers.

My name is Crowe, and I’m a disabled artist about to be living on my own for the very first time! I've had a lot of instability in my life right from the very start, so this is a HUGE deal for me, and I am incredibly grateful for it. There are a lot of basic necessities I need to survive and be comfortable on my own, so I am asking for your help facilitating that!

This is as exciting as it is nerve-wracking. I have a good deal of assistance for this to happen, but what I don’t have is funds. While I will have a lot of basics already taken care of (or that I am borrowing from others to start out), there are some things I need that I can’t get through community means, and must purchase.

For example- my new place has no AC and is only compatible with a portable AC unit. I am extremely heat-sensitive from multiple of my illnesses and medications, and won’t be able to safely exist in the space (much less clean it and get my things there) without AC. These floor units are not cheap, and well outside of my ability to afford without your help.

I do not have regular or stable income, as between my multiple mental and physical conditions, keeping myself alive is a full-time occupation! I am in the proceedings to get disability, but I have no way of knowing when that will actually come through, and I’ve got the housing now.

So this fundraiser is to cover my living expenses and help me afford the necessities I need to start this whole new chapter of my life! Anything helps, and please share. Thank you!
