Hello, my name is Lilia Granados! I am the daughter of an amazing father named Cristobal. I have created this fundraiser in hopes of a chance to keep my best friend here with me in the United States after he was suddenly taken from me and my family.

Now let me tell you a little about my sweet dad:

My father has always been the hardest working man I've known. He's worked his entire life to create the BEST life possible for me, and he has never stopped attempting to make his dreams happen. He truly has an amazing personality—one that lights up the room when he enters it. He has a kind heart and has helped not only me but SO many people throughout his lifetime. He's my Hero and inspiration in life.

Today, I ask for any and all help that can be provided throughout this journey of fighting to allow my father to stay here with me in the United States. Everyday without him has been unbearably painful and I cannot imagine a life without my buddy right next to me. Mexico might be where he was born, but at the end of the day his HOME is here with me and my family.

My dad has always told me, "Remember to be a leader and not a follower," and today I'm taking that step to be exactly that. I will forever fight for my dad, and I appreciate any help throughout this very rough time.
