My name is Tony, known online as “Crew Chief Tony.” I’m a veteran who helps other veterans navigate VA programs, benefits, and disability claims at no cost.

What started as answering a few questions for fellow veterans has grown into a daily mission of reviewing VA decisions, explaining programs, and helping veterans understand their options.

I just wanted to help a few veterans understand the VA system a little better.

What happened instead was growth I never anticipated.

Dozens of active conversations.

Hundreds of pages of VA documents reviewed.

Daily strategy breakdowns.

Late-night message replies.

This mission grew faster than the equipment did.

Right now, the computer system I started with is struggling to keep up. Large VA files freeze it. Multitasking slows it down. Response times get delayed. And that affects how quickly I can help the next veteran.

As a former crew chief, I look at this the same way I looked at aircraft maintenance:

When the mission load increases, you don’t ignore worn equipment. You upgrade the support system so the mission keeps moving.

That’s what this is.

This fundraiser will upgrade the operational setup that allows Crew Chief Tony to continue helping veterans at no cost to them.

The $5,000 goal will cover:

-- Dual monitors for efficient document review

-- Backup systems to protect sensitive veteran information

-- Power protection equipment

-- Website foundation, so this mission is not dependent on one platform

-- Software and secure storage needed to operate responsibly

Just dependable equipment that can handle the workload this community has created.
