Support Courageous Family Battling Breast Cancer

Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a humble request for support. My mother, a single parent, has been fighting a brave battle against breast cancer since March 2022. Regrettably, the cancer has spread to her lungs and other organs, intensifying the physical and emotional toll on our family.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cael, a 19-year-old young man, and my brother Bjorn is 13 years old. In these challenging times, I have taken on the responsibility of being the pillar of strength and support for my family. As the only one currently able to do so, I had to make the difficult decision to temporarily leave my job to care for my ailing mother and ensure my brother's well-being.

Our financial situation has become increasingly precarious, as the costs associated with medical bills, medications, groceries, insurance, phone bills, utilities, and transportation between the hospital and home have drained our limited resources. Additionally, with the upcoming school year, I am faced with the added responsibility of preparing my brother for his education. Furthermore, my little brother's passion for soccer, which he has pursued since he was four years old, necessitates another financial burden that I must shoulder.

I am determined to provide for my family and fulfill my dreams and aspirations. However, the weight of this responsibility, coupled with the financial strain, has made it incredibly challenging to make ends meet. I am reaching out to you today in the hopes that your generosity and kindness can help alleviate some of the burdens we are carrying.
