Support Corey's Fight Against Heart Failure

Story

Hello everyone, my name is Amber and recently my family has been going through a very tough time. We are a family of 5 and have been together for almost 16 years since I was 15 years old. Anyone who knows us know myself and my spouse Corey have always worked non stop, loved our kids and even the community kids. As anyone can vouch for us through our most recent jobs at Monticello Central School District. Recently I have been been put on leave for medical reason. Corey had became the main source of income for our family. A month ago he was hospitalized for pneumonia on 3 spots of both of lungs, 2 weeks ago he was rushed to the ER in Middletown NY for Congested heart failure with an ejection rate of 15% at 32 years old. He now has to wear a life vest and cannot return to work. As of 06/09/25 he was rushed back to the hospital with more health issues pertaining to his heart. He is such an amazing guy works super hard and as much as he can to provide for us. With us both being out of work at the moment and him for a very long time possibly forever, we are asking for any little help. We have long road ahead of us with travel to specialist, other doctors, medication, and more ( with the hope and prayer he lives to continue with us ). We have fallen behind on rent, he has medical bills, co-pays, regular bills and our 3 children. I have never done this before but we are at our lowest and can really use any help. I truly appreciate you all for reading this, donating and maybe just sharing it for us. At first I was embarrassed to post this but it became time where we really just need the help.
