On August 27th, we lost Corbin. He was a son to Cory and Cindy, a brother to Ging and Cyrston, a teammate, a hunting partner, and a friend to many. To my brother he was a best friend, and to me he was like a little brother. Most importantly, he was Dad to Coral (10) and Caz (8).

If you knew Corbin, you knew his laugh, his stubborn streak, and how much he loved his kids. Growing up, he was a part of my family, and it’s impossible to think back to all those years without him woven through them. Our hearts are broken, and I wish the story were different.

What we can do now is carry his name and memory forward with us. On September 28th, I'm racing a triathlon for Corbin and for everyone who loved him, and I’m raising funds for Coral and Caz, who deserve to feel the strength of the community that loved their dad.
