Hello, my name is Cooper Burley. I'm working toward achieving the Rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 362 in Howell. I am 16 years old and going into my Senior year at Howell High School. I'm raising funds to build a Free Book Library that will be installed at Summit Gardens located next to the new Fire and Ice District in Downtown Howell. The new Free Book Library will provide free 24/7 access to books for people of all ages and reading levels with no library card or cost required. All funds raised will be directly used to build the Free Book Library for the City of Howell. Any donation would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
