Hi everyone, my name is Cooper, and I am working toward earning the rank of Eagle Scout. For my Eagle Scout service project, I will be building a much-needed bike rack for Harmon Park, which is owned by Herkimer High School. My goal is to have the project completed by April 2026.

Harmon Park is used by students, families, and community members, and a dedicated bike rack will help encourage bike use while keeping bikes organized and more secure. This project will include preparing the site, building a durable base, and installing a metal bike rack designed for outdoor use.

How your donation will be used

Funds raised will go directly toward project materials, including:

A metal outdoor bike rack

Stone/base material for the site

Rebar reinforcement

Concrete mix and finishing supplies

Wood for concrete forms

Hardware and job supplies (fasteners, tie wire, stakes, safety gear)

Tool rental or replacement consumables needed to complete the work

Transparency

We will post updates with photos as materials are purchased and as the work progresses, including build days and the final installation. Thank you for helping make a visible, lasting improvement for Harmon Park and the Herkimer community.

Should there be extra remaining funds, they will go directly to Troop 25, Mohawk.
